So far, we have already spent nearly Rs. 14 lakh on hospitalizations, surgeries, medicines, and medical care. In our family of four, only Garima and I have been earning to support the household. Since the accident, Garima has been unable to work, and our family's income has reduced drastically.

12 जुलाई को हमारी जिंदगी हमेशा के लिए बदल गई। मेरी बहन, गरिमा माथुर (उम्र 27 वर्ष), एक भयानक दुर्घटना का शिकार हो गई और आज वह अपनी जिंदगी की जंग लड़ रही है। इस हादसे ने हमारे पूरे परिवार को गहरे सदमे और अंधेरे में धकेल दिया है। इस कठिन परिस्थिति से बाहर निकलने के लिए हमें आप सभी के सहयोग की सख्त जरूरत है।

दुर्घटना के कारण गरिमा के सिर में गंभीर चोट (Severe Head Injury) आई है और शरीर में कई जगह फ्रैक्चर हुए हैं। उसे तुरंत अपोलो स्पेक्ट्रा हॉस्पिटल (ग्वालियर, मध्य प्रदेश) ले जाया गया, जहाँ डॉक्टरों ने उसकी जान बचाने के लिए इमरजेंसी हेड सर्जरी की। हालांकि सर्जरी सफल रही है, लेकिन डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि उसे पूरी तरह ठीक होने में लंबा समय लगेगा। उसे लगातार आईसीयू/अस्पताल की देखरेख, महंगी दवाइयों, आगे के इलाज और रिहैबिलिटेशन (पुनर्वास) की जरूरत है।

आगे के इलाज के लिए हमें 10,00,000 रुपये (10 लाख रुपये) की सख्त जरूरत है। हम अब तक अस्पताल, सर्जरी, दवाइयों और मेडिकल केयर पर लगभग 14 लाख रुपये खर्च कर चुके हैं। हमारे 4 लोगों के परिवार में सिर्फ गरिमा और मैं ही कमाने वाले थे। दुर्घटना के बाद से गरिमा काम करने में असमर्थ है, जिससे हमारी पारिवारिक आय लगभग खत्म हो गई है।

शुरुआती इलाज में अपने सारे साधन लगा देने के बाद अब हम आर्थिक रूप से पूरी तरह टूट चुके हैं। कोई दूसरा रास्ता न देखकर, मैं मजबूरी में आप सभी के सामने मदद का हाथ फैला रहा हूँ।
